Is your car shaking at idle? Burning more gas than usual? It's time to replace worn ignition components and clean the fuel system. (Is your Check Engine Light on? Start with our Diagnostic Service ).

Modern cars don't have carburetors or distributor caps. Today, a "Tune-Up" means replacing the parts that ignite the fuel ( Spark Plugs & Coils) and cleaning the parts that deliver the air ( Throttle Body & Induction).
We use OEM-Grade Iridium Plugs
to ensure your engine fires perfectly for the next 100,000 miles.
Includes removal of intake plenum (if required), gap verification, and installation of Iridium plugs.
*Some V6 engines require intake manifold removal.
Restore airflow and fuel atomization.
Before touching a wrench, we scan the engine computer to see exactly which cylinders are misfiring or underperforming.
We inspect the rubber ignition boots for "carbon tracking"—tiny burn marks that allow electricity to leak out, causing shakes.
We verify the spark plug gap is factory-perfect and use a torque wrench to install them. Overtightening can crack the cylinder head.
We clean carbon deposits from the throttle body plate to ensure smooth idling and crisp throttle response.
"I can confidently recommend Quicker Sticker for mechanical repairs... They were able to get us back on the road again in a relatively short time."
— Martin L."Another nearby shop said I had $1500 worth of repairs... they showed me that my car was in great condition... Very trustworthy."
— Caleb E.A basic tune-up at Quicker Sticker starts at $180 for 4-cylinder engines, which includes OEM spark plug replacement and gap verification. 6-cylinder engines start at $250, and 8-cylinders at $350. We also offer throttle body and fuel system cleaning add-ons.
While some full-service shops and dealerships keep your car all day, our precision tune-ups usually take just 1 to 2 hours.
Modern spark plugs (Iridium/Platinum) typically last 60,000 to 100,000 miles. However, we recommend cleaning the fuel system and throttle body every 30,000 miles to maintain MPG.
Maybe. If the code is P0300 (Random Misfire), a tune-up usually fixes it. If the code is for an O2 sensor or Catalytic Converter, spark plugs won't help. We always scan the car first to be sure.
This is usually caused by a "Rough Idle." It is often due to a dirty throttle body (air intake) or a weak ignition coil. Our standard tune-up service addresses both of these issues.
