My car is from Houston/Dallas. Do I need an Emissions Test?
Brazos County does not mandate emissions criteria. If your personal car registry is tied to an emissions county but you live locally for University or work, you can typically waive this checkpoint by submitting an official Out-of-County Affidavit (Form VTR-270).
Do you give the car a Pass or Fail grade?
