Common Maintenance Questions
Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
No, appointments are no required! While we do offer appointments as a way to ensure the quickest service possible, we are capable of completing most walk-in oil change & maintenance services in under 20 minutes.
What brands of oil do you use?
We believe in choice. For our standard service, we use Goldenwest, a high-quality oil blended right here in Texas that meets factory specifications. For maximum protection, we stock Mobil 1 and Amsoil full synthetics. You choose what goes in your engine.
Will you try to upsell me on air filters?
No. We use a Digital Vehicle Inspection. We take a photo of your filter. If it's dirty, we show you. If it's clean, we put it back. You decide based on the photo, not pressure.
Do you report to Carfax?
Yes. Every oil change is reported to Carfax, which helps increase your vehicle's resale value by proving it was well-maintained.
